Destruction of stable water-oil emulsions (intermediate emulsion layers)
By request of PJSC Tatneft, a wave method has been developed for the destruction of stable water-oil emulsions containing gel in their composition. Destruction of emulsions and separation of the aqueous phase is achieved by combined wave action (ultrasonic, magnetic and electromagnetic) together with additives. Also, by means of wave impact, separation of the aqueous phase from the emulsions containing no gel, but differing in the component composition, the water content and mechanical impurities, is achieved.
